The Founder of the Firm
Stavroula–Antigoni Prili, Supreme Court Attorney, member of the Athens Bar Association and founder of our law firm, possesses extensive experience and advanced expertise in the fields of Criminal Law and Civil Law, offering comprehensive, high-level legal services.
She is a graduate of the Law School of Democritus University of Thrace, and holds two Master’s Degrees: one in Criminal Law from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens Law School, and another in Forensic Psychiatry from its Medical School.
She is an active member of the Hellenic Forensic Psychiatry Association, the Union of Greek Criminologists, and the Association of Criminal Law and Trial Lawyers. Her presence in the legal field is further enhanced through her regular participation in conferences, academic events, and specialized seminars.
In parallel, she has advanced knowledge in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Cybercrime, and Graphology.
– Our law firm is also actively operating in Mykonos, offering specialized legal support across the Aegean region.
Fotios Rodis
Supreme Court Attorney | Ph.D. from Kobe University, Japan | Expert in Civil Procedure Law
Fotios Rodis is a distinguished legal professional who uniquely combines high-level legal expertise with philosophical depth. As a Supreme Court attorney in Greece, he possesses extensive experience in handling complex civil and banking law cases, while maintaining a strong specialization in Civil Procedure Law. Since 2019, he has served as a senior legal counsel in the Central Legal Department of the National Bank of Greece, actively contributing to litigation strategies within the Department of Civil Proceedings.
His academic background is marked by international distinction. He holds a Ph.D. from the Department of Philosophy at Kobe University in Japan, where he also conducted postdoctoral research. His scholarly work focuses on the ontological foundations of social institutions, highlighting the intrinsic connection between law, philosophy, science, and culture. This interdisciplinary approach shapes his insightful and innovative handling of complex legal issues.
Rodis graduated with distinction from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens School of Law and went on to earn a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Civil Procedure, also with top honors. His academic excellence was recognized through multiple prestigious scholarships awarded by the A.G. Leventis Foundation and the I. Alevizatos-Kondos Bequest. He was also selected to deliver the valedictory oath at his postgraduate graduation ceremony.
His research and publications span peer-reviewed law journals and international academic conferences. He has contributed notable legal commentaries to the Greek Civil Procedure Law Review and has authored studies on the ontological basis of legal rules, the epistemological boundaries of scientific knowledge, and comparative analyses of legal systems and cultural paradigms—particularly between Greece and Japan. Rodis has served as keynote speaker and commentator at major conferences across Southeast Asia and China, bringing a unique voice to the intersection of law and philosophy.
Alongside his litigation expertise, he has held academic teaching and research roles at Kobe University and has collaborated with Greece’s leading legal publisher Nomiki Bibliothiki, contributing to legal content development and jurisprudence analysis.
Fotios Rodis is a member of the Athens Bar Association, the Hellenic Association of Procedural Law, the Hellenic Philosophical Society, and the Philosophical Association of Japan. He is fluent in English and German, and possesses basic conversational proficiency in Japanese.
