Court Bailiff | Athens Bar Jurisdiction
Aristotelis Prilis was officially appointed as a Court Bailiff at the Athens Court of First Instance in 2015.
He completed his legal traineeship at the office of the distinguished court bailiff Mr. Pavlos Gennaopoulos, gaining valuable experience in the field of judicial procedures and enforcement.
Mr. Prilis operates from two fully active offices:

Georgios–Athanasios Karagiannis is an Attorney at Law, member of the Athens Bar Association, and an associate of PRILI & PARTNERS LAW FIRM.
He graduated from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA) School of Law and is currently pursuing the Interdepartmental Master’s Degree (LL.M.) in Economic Criminal Law, jointly offered by the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and the Democritus University of Thrace.
His professional practice focuses primarily on Criminal Law, Civil Law, and Real Estate Law, where he actively contributes to the handling of complex litigation and advisory matters. He approaches every case with professionalism, meticulous preparation, and a strong commitment to protecting the interests of the firm’s clients.
Committed to continuous professional development, he regularly attends specialized legal conferences, seminars, and educational programs, remaining up to date with legislative and judicial developments in Greek law.
He is fluent in English (C2) and has an advanced command of French (C1). He is distinguished by his professionalism, analytical thinking, reliability, and strong communication skills, qualities that contribute to the effective representation of clients and successful teamwork.

Maria Manetta is an Trainee Lawyer, member of the Athens Bar Association, and an associate of PRILI & PARTNERS LAW FIRM.
She graduated from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA) School of Law and holds a Master’s Degree in Criminology and Criminal Policy from the Faculty of Law of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
Her professional practice is primarily focused on Criminal Law and Civil Law, while she actively participates in the management of complex litigation and advisory matters. She is committed to providing thorough legal analysis, strategic case preparation, and practical legal solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
She has also successfully completed the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) Intensive Programme, gaining specialized knowledge in Intellectual Property Law, including the protection of trademarks, patents, and industrial designs.

Aggeliki Vlassopoulou is a licensed Notary Public based in Ilion, Athens, and a graduate of the University of Athens School of Law. She also holds a Master’s Degree (MSc) in Banking and Financial Law from the University of Piraeus.
She has previously worked as a trainee lawyer at the Commercial Bank of Greece and at the Athens Court of Appeal, and was formerly a practicing attorney and member of the Athens Bar Association.
In 2018, she successfully participated in the National Notarial Examination organized by the Ministry of Justice, achieving 25th place nationwide. She is now a member of the Notarial Association of the Courts of Appeal of Athens, Piraeus, the Aegean & the Dodecanese.
Aggeliki Vlassopoulou brings a wealth of legal and financial expertise to every notarial act, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and full compliance with current legislation.
She is the daughter of Dr. Panagiotis Vlassopoulos, PhD in Medicine from the University of Athens, wife of Dr. Stefanos Souldatos, PhD in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens, and proud mother of two.
Civil Engineer | Technical & Real Estate Consultant
Marina Nikolopoulou is a licensed Civil Engineer, holding a degree from the School of Engineering at the University of Patras. She is a certified member of the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE) and of the Greek Concrete Sector of TEE, confirming her scientific and professional excellence in the field of engineering and construction.
Since 2014, she has served as a Scientific Advisor to the Mayor of Fyli, contributing her expertise in public infrastructure, project strategy, and urban planning.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Technical Project Management from the School of Science and Technology at the Hellenic Open University, with a thesis on the “Legal Framework of Public Works, Concession Contracts, PPPs, and Building Energy Inspections.”
Currently, she is pursuing a second Master’s Degree in “Environmental, Disaster and Crisis Management Strategies” at the Department of Geology and Geoenvironment, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA).
Her academic involvement also extends to international conferences, where she has presented notable research such as:

Chryssavgi Atsidakou is a licensed Notary Public in Athens and a certified Mediator accredited by the Greek Ministry of Justice.
She holds a Law Degree from the University of Athens and a Master’s Degree in Electronic Media Law from Paul Cézanne University (Aix-Marseille III), France.
Prior to her appointment as a notary, she built a rich professional background in broadcast journalism, working for major Greek television and radio networks including ERT, Antenna, Alpha, and Star.
Since December 2024, she has served as a Board Member of ERT (Hellenic Broadcasting Corporation), contributing her legal expertise and media experience at the highest institutional level.

Dr. Kelly Ioannou holds a PhD in Digital Criminology, with expertise in Technology-Facilitated and Gender-Based Violence. She is a lecturer at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, the ICPS College of Human Sciences, and an Associate Professor of Forensic Psychology at the University of Central Lancashire (UK).
She is a certified Trauma Coach with extensive experience in supporting survivors of online abuse, as well as in managing high-conflict divorces and parental disputes.
Dr. Ioannou is a registered court expert witness at the First Instance Courts of Piraeus and Athens, providing forensic assessments in both civil and criminal cases. Her expert reports include:

- Violence risk appraisal and recidivism prediction
- Parental competency and child custody evaluations

Dr. Ioannou also serves as CEO of CyberX, a cybersecurity company that specializes in digital forensics, cybercrime research, and training in information security.

Forensic Pathologist, M.D. | Scientific Associate – Court-Appointed Expert
Dr. Panteleimon M. Alexandrou is a licensed forensic pathologist, holding a medical degree (M.D.) from the University of Pisa, Italy. His thesis focused on “Sudden Cardiac Death Due to Anabolic Steroid Use”, highlighting his early interest in the intersection of pathology, toxicology, and legal medicine.
He specialized in Forensic Medicine and Toxicology at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and maintains two fully licensed forensic medical offices — a main practice in Piraeus (48 Tsamadou & Zosimadon Street, near the Municipal Theatre) and a second office in central Athens (58 Panepistimiou Street).
Dr. Alexandrou is an officially registered court expert with the Public Prosecutor’s Office and the Courts of First Instance in Athens and Piraeus. He is also a member of the Audit Committee of the Hellenic Society of Forensic Medicine and Forensic Sciences.
He collaborates as a Scientific Associate with the Head of the Piraeus Forensic Medical Service and actively contributes to national legal proceedings and private expert assessments.
