Aristotelis Prilis was officially appointed as a Court Bailiff at the Athens Court of First Instance in 2015.
He completed his legal traineeship at the office of the distinguished court bailiff Mr. Pavlos Gennaopoulos, gaining valuable experience in the field of judicial procedures and enforcement.
Mr. Prilis operates from two fully active offices:

He works closely with lawyers, legal entities, and private clients across the entire territory of Greece, handling document service, enforcement procedures, and court-related logistics with reliability and professionalism.
Attorney at Law | Member of the Athens Bar Association
Georgios–Athanasios Karagiannis is a licensed lawyer and an active member of the Athens Bar Association. He is a graduate of the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), with professional focus on Criminal Law, Civil Law, and specialized expertise in Real Estate Law.
Within the framework of his legal career, he handles complex and demanding cases for the firm with diligence and precision. He regularly participates in specialized seminars and legal workshops, staying fully up to date with developments in Greek law.
He is fluent in English (C2 level) and French (C1 level), and is widely recognized for his strong work ethic, deep commitment to his clients’ cases, and exceptional communication skills.
Outside of law, he is actively involved in basketball, while maintaining a strong personal interest in the arts, combining creativity with intellectual growth

Maria Manetta is a qualified lawyer and a member of the Athens Bar Association, holding a law degree from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA).
She has successfully completed the Intensive Programme on Intellectual Property offered by the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), gaining in-depth expertise in trademarks, patents, and industrial design protection across the EU legal framework.
Maria is committed to continuous professional development, regularly participating in legal seminars and training conferences that span a wide range of legal disciplines.
She holds two C2-level English language certifications (Proficiency), showcasing her advanced communication skills and ability to effectively serve both domestic and international clients as part of the Prili & Partners legal team.
Notary Public | Ilion, Athens
Aggeliki Vlassopoulou is a licensed Notary Public based in Ilion, Athens, and a graduate of the University of Athens School of Law. She also holds a Master’s Degree (MSc) in Banking and Financial Law from the University of Piraeus.
She has previously worked as a trainee lawyer at the Commercial Bank of Greece and at the Athens Court of Appeal, and was formerly a practicing attorney and member of the Athens Bar Association.
In 2018, she successfully participated in the National Notarial Examination organized by the Ministry of Justice, achieving 25th place nationwide. She is now a member of the Notarial Association of the Courts of Appeal of Athens, Piraeus, the Aegean & the Dodecanese.
Aggeliki Vlassopoulou brings a wealth of legal and financial expertise to every notarial act, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and full compliance with current legislation.
She is the daughter of Dr. Panagiotis Vlassopoulos, PhD in Medicine from the University of Athens, wife of Dr. Stefanos Souldatos, PhD in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens, and proud mother of two.
Civil Engineer | Technical & Real Estate Consultant
Marina Nikolopoulou is a licensed Civil Engineer, holding a degree from the School of Engineering at the University of Patras. She is a certified member of the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE) and of the Greek Concrete Sector of TEE, confirming her scientific and professional excellence in the field of engineering and construction.
Since 2014, she has served as a Scientific Advisor to the Mayor of Fyli, contributing her expertise in public infrastructure, project strategy, and urban planning.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Technical Project Management from the School of Science and Technology at the Hellenic Open University, with a thesis on the “Legal Framework of Public Works, Concession Contracts, PPPs, and Building Energy Inspections.”
Currently, she is pursuing a second Master’s Degree in “Environmental, Disaster and Crisis Management Strategies” at the Department of Geology and Geoenvironment, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA).
Her academic involvement also extends to international conferences, where she has presented notable research such as:
- “The Role of the Public Sector in PPP Contracts” at the 5th EuroMed Conference (Montreux, Switzerland, 2012)
- “PPPs and Legislation for Cultural Sponsorship & Public Management” at the 6th EuroMed Conference (Estoril, Portugal, 2013), co-authored with Antonios Maniatis.
Ms. Nikolopoulou is proficient in AutoCAD, Tekton, and Fespa, and holds an ECDL certification, making her capable of supporting complex architectural and structural projects.

Chryssavgi Atsidakou is a licensed Notary Public in Athens and a certified Mediator accredited by the Greek Ministry of Justice.
She holds a Law Degree from the University of Athens and a Master’s Degree in Electronic Media Law from Paul Cézanne University (Aix-Marseille III), France.
Prior to her appointment as a notary, she built a rich professional background in broadcast journalism, working for major Greek television and radio networks including ERT, Antenna, Alpha, and Star.
Since December 2024, she has served as a Board Member of ERT (Hellenic Broadcasting Corporation), contributing her legal expertise and media experience at the highest institutional level.
She is also a founding member of ICC Women Hellas, supporting female leadership and empowerment in business and law.
Chryssavgi Atsidakou is married to international football goalkeeper Alexandros Tzorvas and is the proud mother of Iris and Maximos.

Dr. Kelly Ioannou holds a PhD in Digital Criminology, with expertise in Technology-Facilitated and Gender-Based Violence. She is a lecturer at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, the ICPS College of Human Sciences, and an Associate Professor of Forensic Psychology at the University of Central Lancashire (UK).
She is a certified Trauma Coach with extensive experience in supporting survivors of online abuse, as well as in managing high-conflict divorces and parental disputes.
Dr. Ioannou is a registered court expert witness at the First Instance Courts of Piraeus and Athens, providing forensic assessments in both civil and criminal cases. Her expert reports include:
- Risk assessment and mental health evaluations
- Violence risk appraisal and recidivism prediction
- Parental competency and child custody evaluations
- Criminal responsibility and fitness to stand trial
- Expert reports in cybercrime and digital abuse
In 2019, she founded TraumaHelp, a pioneering mental health and forensic support center that offers specialized services for victims of gender-based and digital violence.
In 2021, she established the “Gine Anthropos” (Be Human) non-profit organization, in honor of Garifallia Psarrakou, a close friend and tragic victim of gender-based femicide in Greece. The NGO is dedicated to preventing and combating gender and domestic violence, offering psychosocial support and educational programs in schools and communities.
Dr. Ioannou also serves as CEO of CyberX, a cybersecurity company that specializes in digital forensics, cybercrime research, and training in information security.
Her professional journey began alongside the well-known investigative journalist Aggeliki Nikolouli, and for over 7 years she worked as a crime and justice journalist with media outlets such as Huffington Post, SKAI Radio, Alpha TV, ERT, Enikos.gr, and REAL FM.

Forensic Pathologist, M.D. | Scientific Associate – Court-Appointed Expert
Dr. Panteleimon M. Alexandrou is a licensed forensic pathologist, holding a medical degree (M.D.) from the University of Pisa, Italy. His thesis focused on “Sudden Cardiac Death Due to Anabolic Steroid Use”, highlighting his early interest in the intersection of pathology, toxicology, and legal medicine.
He specialized in Forensic Medicine and Toxicology at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and maintains two fully licensed forensic medical offices — a main practice in Piraeus (48 Tsamadou & Zosimadon Street, near the Municipal Theatre) and a second office in central Athens (58 Panepistimiou Street).
Dr. Alexandrou is an officially registered court expert with the Public Prosecutor’s Office and the Courts of First Instance in Athens and Piraeus. He is also a member of the Audit Committee of the Hellenic Society of Forensic Medicine and Forensic Sciences.
He collaborates as a Scientific Associate with the Head of the Piraeus Forensic Medical Service and actively contributes to national legal proceedings and private expert assessments. His extensive expertise includes criminal investigations, post-mortem examinations, forensic toxicology, and injury analysis.
In addition to his clinical and legal work, Dr. Alexandrou provides educational lectures in forensic anatomy and pathology at institutions such as:
